More Sushi! starts with a simple job: make sushi and put it on the conveyor belt. Customers arrive, grab the plates, and generate money for the restaurant. At first, you handle most of the work yourself, but the restaurant quickly becomes busier as customer numbers increase.

Hire Helpers and Let the Belt Run

Manual sushi production is only the beginning. As the restaurant grows, you can hire helpers to take care of parts of the operation automatically. Automation changes the rhythm of the game. Instead of constantly producing every plate yourself, you can focus more on upgrading the restaurant and building a stronger income stream.

Pay the Owner’s Debt Before Going Bigger

The restaurant comes with a major financial target: pay off the owner’s debt. Your earnings need to cover more than upgrades, so part of the progression involves building enough money to make debt payments. You can access the bank through the arrow at the bottom-left of the screen. Once you have enough funds, make the required payment and continue developing the restaurant. Clearing the debt also opens the way to a more powerful progression system.

Empty Plates Become Permanent Progress

After making the first debt payment, the restaurant gains access to a plate machine. Customers send their empty plates into the machine, which converts them into stars. Collect five stars to unlock prestige. Resetting the current run removes short-term progress, but the stars can then be spent on permanent upgrades.
